I switched up my diet ONCE AGAIN and decided to try making these gems for my post-workout meal:
1/4 cup rice flour
1 scoop chocolate soy protein powder
3/8 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
(1 tbsp olive oil on the griddle)
2tbsp of honey on top
